A special “handover ceremony” was held at the Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences – the SIMMAX anti-Kronoswiss gamma-ray spectrometer and krypton enrichment device, after rigorous factory testing and precise transportation, were officially delivered to the Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics, contributing to the research efforts in key projects such as thorium-based molten salt reactors in China.
